Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately, and a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order leaves our warehouse.
Delivery Times - United States: 7-14 business days - International: 14-25 business days (where available)
Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website. If you don't receive tracking within 3 business days of ordering, contact us.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package hasn't arrived within 21 business days of shipping, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement at no cost to you.
